Selling

How to sell at auction

We are available to provide free estimates and evaluations of single lots or entire collections to all those who are interested to sell at auction their property.

It is possible to request an evaluation by filling out the online form below or by email, forwarding the information and photos (in color) regarding the goods you wish to submit. In the event of a large quantity of goods, we are available to carry out an inspection by making a telephone appointment.

The auction estimates that are provided are free, non-binding and confidential.

If you decide to proceed with the assignment for auctioning, we will prepare a Seller Mandate to be signed by both parties and in which the terms agreed with the owner for the sale of his assets will be indicated.

In particular, both the commission due to the Auction House in the event of an award and, for each asset, the agreed reserve price are shown on the Seller Mandate. The reserve price is the minimum amount below which the lot cannot be sold. The reserve price is strictly confidential and will be protected by the auctioneer through special raises. If the reserve price is not reached, the lot will be unsold.

After the auction, each client will receive a statement listing all the lots owned by him with the relative awards. For unsold lots, further attempts to sell can be agreed to be carried out in subsequent auctions or they can be collected at the expense of the principal within 30 days from the date of sale.

Payments

After 30 days from the date of the auction, the Auction House will settle the amount due for the sale by bank transfer to the current account of the owner of the lots, provided that the buyer has honored the obligation assumed at the time of the sale and that there have been no complaints or disputes concerning the assets awarded.
